What is the product warranty period? How are quality issues handled?
1.The warranty period for standard products is 12 months
2.During the warranty period, we provide free repair and free firmware software updates.
What are the acceptance standards for bulk goods? What happens if the goods fail the acceptance inspection?
1.Acceptance criteria will be based on the samples confirmed by both parties. We will provide pre-production samples for confirmation during mass production.
2.If the defective rate exceeds the acceptable range based on the sampling inspection ratio, the factory shall re-produce the goods.
Do you support on-site or video factory inspections? Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
1.We support both on-site and video factory inspections by our clients.
2.On-site factory visits require an appointment 7 working days in advance. We will arrange a dedicated person to receive you and provide a full tour of the production workshop, quality inspection process, warehousing and logistics. Video factory visits can be booked at any time and support bilingual explanations in Chinese and English.
What customs clearance documents can I provide? How do I obtain a certificate of origin?
We can provide basic customs clearance documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations, and contracts free of charge; certificates of origin (CO/Form A/Form E, etc.) can be processed on behalf of customers according to their needs.
Does exchange rate fluctuation affect the quote? How long is the quote valid?
1.Our quotes are settled in US dollars, and the exchange rate is calculated based on the Bank of China's foreign exchange rate on the date of the quote. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than ±3%, the two parties may negotiate to adjust the price.
2.Standard quotes are valid for 30 days, while quotes for customized products are valid for 15 days.
