CM210

The leagend CM210 is a 4G and Bluetooth coulomb-counter battery monitor that monitors two battery groups at the same time, making it suitable for vehicles and systems with main and auxiliary batteries. It reports charging and discharging voltage and current, state of charge, temperature, power and remaining runtime in real time, with patented algorithms that keep long-term SOC accurate. Twenty-one days of history is retained through power loss, and remote access is available over 4G.

The leagend CM210 battery monitor is also called a coulomb counter. Its basic principle is to accurately measure and integrate the current flowing into and out of the battery, helping calculate battery capacity, state of charge and remaining runtime.

REAL-TIME BATTERY PARAMETER MONITORING

It can monitor and display battery parameters in real time, including charging/discharging voltage, charging/dis- charging current, temperature, power, ampere-hour (Ah), remaining capacity, estimated runtime, estimated charging time to full, cumulative charging electrical energy and cumulative discharging capacity.

DUAL BATTERY MONITORING

Supports simultaneous monitoring of two battery groups, making it suitable for battery systems with main and auxiliary battery monitoring requirements.

CONSISTENCY CHECK

● Compare voltage, internal resistance among multiple batteries;

● Help identify abnormal batteries and support battery grouping analysis;

MULTI-PARAMETER BATTERY MONITORING

● It can monitor and display: state of charge, voltage, current, temperature, power, capacity, remaining capacity, time to empty, time to full, accumulated charging energy and accumulated discharging capacity.;

● An external relay is required for protection functions. The relay is not included.;

PATENTED TECHNOLOGY AND ADVANCED ALGORITHMS

Patented technology and advanced algorithms help reduce accumulated errors and improve long-term SOC accuracy through battery data modeling and automatic calibration.

DATA STORAGE

Stores up to 21 days of historical data. Data will not be lost after power-off.

What are the acceptance standards for bulk goods? What happens if the goods fail the acceptance inspection?
1.Acceptance criteria will be based on the samples confirmed by both parties. We will provide pre-production samples for confirmation during mass production.
2.If the defective rate exceeds the acceptable range based on the sampling inspection ratio, the factory shall re-produce the goods.
Do you support on-site or video factory inspections? Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
1.We support both on-site and video factory inspections by our clients.
2.On-site factory visits require an appointment 7 working days in advance. We will arrange a dedicated person to receive you and provide a full tour of the production workshop, quality inspection process, warehousing and logistics. Video factory visits can be booked at any time and support bilingual explanations in Chinese and English.
What customs clearance documents can I provide? How do I obtain a certificate of origin?
We can provide basic customs clearance documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations, and contracts free of charge; certificates of origin (CO/Form A/Form E, etc.) can be processed on behalf of customers according to their needs.
Does exchange rate fluctuation affect the quote? How long is the quote valid?
1.Our quotes are settled in US dollars, and the exchange rate is calculated based on the Bank of China's foreign exchange rate on the date of the quote. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than ±3%, the two parties may negotiate to adjust the price.
2.Standard quotes are valid for 30 days, while quotes for customized products are valid for 15 days.
