We can provide basic customs clearance documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills
of lading, customs declarations, and contracts free of charge; certificates of origin (CO/Form
A/Form E, etc.) can be processed on behalf of customers according to their needs.
Does exchange rate fluctuation affect the quote? How long is the quote valid?
1.Our quotes are settled in US dollars, and the exchange rate is calculated based on the Bank of
China's foreign exchange rate on the date of the quote. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than
±3%, the two parties may negotiate to adjust the price.
